Amount invested

The amount you put into the plan, e.g. 1,000.

Simple interest

Amount × annual rate × days ÷ 365. Not compounded.

Plan fee

A percentage of the amount invested, taken at settlement.

Stated amount at maturity

Example: 1,000 for 365 days at 16% p.a. with a 0% fee gives 1,160.
